WOOD DESTROYING INSECT (WDI) $200

As an add-on the discounted fee for this service is $125.

Chadwick (Chad) Hammons is licensed by the Texas Department Of Agriculture (TDA) to perform Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) inspections and performs these inspections as an employee of Pest Inspection Network. A Texas WDI inspection is a visual check of a property for evidence of termites and other wood-destroying insects, along with conditions that may promote infestation. The inspection follows the TDA standards and covers accessible interior, exterior, attic, and foundation areas.

• Opening all accessible tank lids & access ports

• Visual & camera inspection of visible internal components

• Proper collection of a water sample, delivery to a certified laboratory, & all associated lab fees.
